What to Expect

At STI Clinic London, we make sure our patients are treated with the utmost respect and care no matter the situation.

At STI Clinic London, during your appointment, we will ask for a biological sample to carry out a test, it could be a blood sample, urine, swab or all the three. These samples are sent to our laboratories where the testing is carried out. Once a result is received, our patients are contacted through their desired means of communication.

In cases where the outcome of the result might come as a shock to our patient, we offer a complete package of care through counselling and consultation through to prescription of the appropriate medications and a follow up on the progress of the treatment
